Personalised items are non-returnable also products which are special crafted for you. Refunds (if applicable) - once we received your items we will inspect and the credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment with a certain amount of days. Sale items will not be refunded. Exchanges - we only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange send an e-mail to contact@myBabyloon.com and send the item to the myBabyloon adress - myBabyloon, Wagenbauerstraße 19, 81677 Munich, Germany. You will responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned items.

All returned items must be new and unused, with no damage and in the original packaing.Our policy lasts 14 days.
